About us
JB Executive Coaching Ltd is a creative, committed, caring coaching company based in the UK and working with clients globally. We offer all the coaching programmes and practices organisations need to set up, support and sustain a coaching culture. We partner with organisations to design unique interventions, programmes and processes that match their needs and boost the development, leadership and direction they are aiming for.
We provide 1:1 coaching, coaching education programmes and consultancy to build coaching cultures. We have a proven track record of design and support for internal coaching cadres and in supporting organisations to bring in professional standards and competencies in how their coaches are trained and supported.
The JBEC team is led by our Founder & Director, Jenny Bird who has been at the forefront of the coaching industry in the UK for over 20 years and is recognised for her pioneering thought leadership globally.

Coaching Supervision and Mentoring
Jenny Bird has been at the forefront of the growth of coaching in the UK and is known for her passion for standards and professionalism in coaching. Her experience and wide connection in coaching give her unique access to the appropriate coaches and competencies for each piece of work you place with us.
Support of Internal Coaching Teams
We have a proven track record of design and support for internal coaching cadres. We design processes and protocols for coach and client engagement, monitor professional standards, offer group and individual ad hoc supervision, design and provide professional development based on organisational and client need and emergent themes from supervision and team meetings. Our team of experienced coach trainers and supervisors tailor these events to your coach team. We've worked with (for e.g.) the Open University and OPM to refresh, support and extend their coaching pools. We've developed masterclass events for NHS Trusts, CIPD and numerous ICF Chapters worldwide.
