JBEC Learning philosophy

At the heart of how we work as a team is our ethos of co-created learning, based on upholding the professional standards and ethics of coaching.

Our approach to learning is rooted in rich theory and enhanced with emerging research in psychology and neuroscience, however, our programmes are designed in a way that students are directly involved in the learning experience rather than just being passive recipients of information. 

​

Our experiential learning approach promoted deeps understanding where students can apply concepts and theories in real world scenarios, develop their ability to reflect on their experience and learn from them, fostering habits of lifelong learning.

Experiential learning bridges the gap between abstract knowledge and real-world application. Our programme designs lean into practical application where students gain skills and confidence to use the learning to make progress on their goals, connect with others with more awareness of their own mindset and behaviours and its impact and handle new situations with confidence and adaptability.  

 

We believe there is a learner in each individual and they deserve a safe, stimulating environment to offer new perspectives and challenge. Creating an optimum learning environment is our priority and we begin with keeping things simple and support diverse learning styles. We sprinkle  fun and creativity in our learning environments so that students can experiment, explore, and apply their knowledge in dynamic, hands-on ways, offering immediate feedback and helping students make meaningful connections between theory and practice.
